editorial policy

Editorial policy

Brokzi’s rules for sources, corrections, authorship, reviews, and AI-assisted work.

Sources

We prefer primary documentation: protocol specifications, official repositories, regulator filings, and direct product documentation. A material claim should be traceable to a source and checked on the date shown in the article.

Authorship and review

Every article names a responsible author or Brokzi Editorial. Brokzi is the publication name, not a person or expert. “Reviewed by” appears only after an identifiable person has reviewed that specific article.

Corrections

Small copy edits do not change an article’s updated date. A correction that changes the meaning is noted on the article and in the corrections log. Readers can use the contact page to report an error.

AI-assisted work

AI tools may help with research organisation, drafting, code, or illustration. They do not replace source checks or accountable publication. Generated illustrations are labelled as illustrative and are never evidence of a real event, interface, or test.

Commercial work

Sponsored and partner materials are labelled before the article body. Payment does not guarantee a recommendation or determine the conclusion. Commercial links use appropriate sponsored attributes.
